- Jason Pan Added May 14, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Really puzzled at the awesome reviews this place has, guess I have just been unlucky whenever I'm there. The problem isn't the food it's the service, everything is soooo slow you'd think it was being prepared by home Economic students. Even simple stuff like banh mi or rice paper rolls takes way longer than it should. After ordering some rice paper rolls, about 20 mins later I've gone to the counter to see what was taking so long as we had to go somewhere soon - I could see the staff making it and when she saw me she instead of letting someone know a customer was waiting she just moved out of sight - LOL so unprofessional...
